This baking powder is a pure baking powder containing tartaric acid and sodium bicarbonate in perfect proportions. It is the ideal baking powder for all your cakes and cakes.

Directions for use: Prepare your homemade fermenting flour by mixing 2 teaspoons (8 g) of baking powder with 250 g of flour.

Ingredients: tartaric acid: E336, sodium carbonate: E500.
