INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRENCH RESIDENTS :

Since January 1, 2020, by the French decree of April 17, 2019 in the Official Journal No. 0097 ECOC1911549A, food products containing titanium dioxide (also called E171 or TiO2), used to color foodstuffs in white, do not should no longer be consumed. This is French law, not European law.

Titanium dioxide is therefore no longer edible in France but nevertheless remains non-toxic. French law also still authorizes the use of E171 in medicines and cosmetic products (eg toothpaste).

Thus, like any other non-food but non-toxic reference on our site, this product should not be eat and should only be used for decorative purposes.

Finally, note that we are working hard so that the manufacturer can provide us with their products as soon as possible in a version without E171. Thank you for your understanding and support ;-)

Preparation for RUBY CAKE from Funcakes.

Make an irresistible cake with a fruity taste with white chocolate chips with this RUBY CAKE preparation.

Its pink colour will bring a trendy touch to your creations, such as your cupcakes, cakes, four quarters.....

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C rotating heat oven). All ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 200 g of soft butter or ointment. Add 400 g of mix with 4 eggs (200 g) and mix at medium speed for 4 minutes to obtain a homogeneous paste. Grease a cake pan about 25 cm long. Pour the dough into the pan and place it in the middle of the oven for about 55 minutes until it is golden brown. Turn out immediately after baking and let cool on a pastry pan. Can also be used to make cupcakes: bake 12-15 cupcakes in the oven for 18-23 minutes.

Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour, white chocolate pieces (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, natural vanilla flavour, emulsifier: E322 (soya)) (4%), ruby chocolate pieces (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: E322 (soya), acidifier: E330, natural vanilla flavouring) (3%), cranberry (dehydrated) (2%), raising powder : E450, E500, emulsifier: E472b, E477, salt, glucose syrup (dehydrated), skimmed milk powder, natural flavour, thickener: E415, colour: E120, vegetable oil and fat (sunflower). For allergens, see ingredients in bold type. May contain traces of: egg and lupin.
