Pre-tempered Isomalt RED - 250g

SUGARIA pre-tempered isomalt, microwave compatible.

Directions for use - Very simple: Place the desired amount in a microwave-compatible container capable of withstanding temperatures above 180°C, then place in your microwave.

Check the condition of the isomalt every 30 seconds until it becomes fluid. Carefully remove from the microwave. Stir to remove the bubbles, then pour into the container or mold of your choice.

You can also pour it on a flat heat-resistant surface (sugaria mat) and work it with kitchen utensils, or with your hands once it has cooled sufficiently

To make decorative cookies, cut and remove the desired shape from the centre of each cookie, then bake in the oven. Once baked, remove the cookies from the oven, pour a small amount of isomalt into the centre of each cookie and allow to cool

Isomalt can be reused after heating. Pour the excess isomalt onto a non-stick surface, allow to cool and store in an airtight container for up to 2 years. Not suitable for use by children

Mix different colours to obtain new ones as you wish (example: mix red and blue to make purple).

This product exceeds 180°C when heated in the microwave.
