Description

Directions for use: Melt over a very low heat, without glucose, tartar cream or acid, up to 170°C, then use as classic sugar, coloured or not.

Add 100g of water to 1kg of isomalt, then heat to 170-180°C. Add your dye if desired.
These sugars can be coloured in the traditional way.
