Material: Carbon steel with non-stick coating suitable for food contact.

Mould dimensions: L 24.5 cm x W 10 cm x H 8.5 cm.

Directions for use:

• Before using for the first time, wash and lightly oil the entire surface of the inner lining.
• Avoid overheating your utensil when empty.
• Do not cut directly into the liner.
• Preferably use a plastic or wooden spatula.
• Slight scratches and abrasions that may occur during use do not affect the non-stick properties of the lining.

Clean the inner and outer coatings of your utensil with hot water, liquid detergent, and a sponge (scouring powder and metal sponges are not recommended).
