These baking molds for Layer Cakes make it possible to make very trendy cakes with several layers and in a single batch. Each floor will therefore have a perfect and smooth finish. No more rough cuts: Each step will be strictly identical and 15cm in diameter!
One cake preparation or the usual amount of homemade cake batter is enough to fill these five molds. Most ovens have enough space to use all 5 molds at once.
The baking pans are about 1.9 cm thick: ideal for the layers of a stack cake. These baking pans also have a non-stick coating that makes them easy to remove and clean.
Tip: It is recommended to use the FunCakes for Cupcakes mix to make cakes with these molds. Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C convection). Mix the 500 gr cupcake mix, 250 gr butter and 5 eggs on low speed for 4 minutes until you get a homogeneous dough. Fill the buttered molds with the mixture and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
