You will just have to cut it according to the desired shape (round, square, heart-shaped, details etc..) and then stick it on your cake with food glue or Crisco.

A- SUGAR LEAF CHARACTERISTICS :

1. Our sugar sheet is made up of a very thin layer of icing placed on a plastic support that will allow you to handle it without difficulty. The prints obtained give images with faithful and bright colours.
2. Sugar prints(Frosting Sheets ) can be stored at room temperature for up to 6 months without any problem
3. Ingredients : Corn starch, glucose syrup, cellulose, canola oil, potassium sorbate, sodium bicarbonate, sugar, water, polyglycerol, glucose alginate powder, fructose, sugar, gum arabic, invert sugar, citric acid. Guaranteed without GMO. Certified Kosher.
4. ADVICE FOR USE AND APPLICATION:

• To separate the sugar sheet from its plastic support, let it dry 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ambient humidity. For more speed, you can use a hair dryer.
• By pinching one of the corners, the sugar sheet should come off the plastic support, so you can remove it and stick it on your cake.
• Avoid placing the sugar sheets on creams containing water or on toppings, otherwise they may become wet

B- CHARACTERISTICS of the AZYME Leaf :

1. Our Unleavened Foil is of "Extra Premium" quality as it is 0.7mm thick. The ingredients of manufacture are : Potato flakes, water, vegetable oil only (so Halal and Kosher).
   
2. The unleavened sheets being a kind of blotter absorbing ink, it is normal that the printing of your photo on unleavened sheet has less contrast than the original. If the vividness of the colors is very important to you, then prefer the printing of sugar sheet
3. Wafer paper can be stored at room temperature for up to 1 year without any problem.
4. ADVICE FOR USE AND APPLICATION :

• A print on unleavened paper should only be applied on dry surfaces such as sugar paste, marzipan or even directly on your sponge cake. This is to prevent the unleavened sheet from absorbing moisture and becoming deformed.
• From there, to stick your unleavened print on your cake, nothing could be easier. Use a few dots of food glue, royal icing or even Piping Gel.
