The main trend is for decorated meringues, and it will be child's play thanks to our meringue sheets to customize according to your desires. Then pocket your meringues on each pattern using a smooth or fluted piping tips and put them in the oven.
Take off your meringues and your pattern will be transferred to the bottom. You can also use these sheets for printing on isomalt and chocolate! For chocolate, we recommend using white chocolate to better see the details of your impression. And for the printing of meringues, prefer images and text with high contrast so that they look good on your white meringues.
Our sugar sheet consists of a very thin layer of icing on a plastic support that will allow you to handle it without difficulty.
For the transfer to be done correctly, we advise you to cook your meringues at 80° for 120 min, the meringues must be very cooked and not melting for the transfer to be done.
Simply place the transfer sheet on your hot plate during cooking, do not add parchment or other sheets between.
