Description

This preparation from Fun Cakes will enable you to make a delicious creamy buttercream for your cakes. It is also suitable for garnishing or covering your pastries.

With a great vanilla taste, you can also add flavourings for more taste in your mouth.

This buttercream is also perfect for adhering sugar paste to your cakes or cupcakes.

Directions:

First, make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. For one portion of buttercream, whisk 125g of mixture with 125ml of water and leave for at least 1 hour.

Blend 150 g unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add the mixture to the butter in four stages, making sure that the mixture is completely incorporated into the butter each time before adding the next stage.

Then blend the mixture for about 10 minutes until smooth. One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and top a 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.

You can tint it with dyes to match the colour code of your event

Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, whey powder (milk), dextrose (wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), gelling agent : E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier : E435, salt, thickener : E415, flavour (milk).

May contain traces of egg, soy, lupine.

Store in a cool, dry place.
