Description

This red velvet mix is ideal for making a delicious chocolate cake, but in red!

Preparation: See quantity chart on packaging for proportions and baking time. Preheat oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Ingredients must be at room temperature. Place the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6 to 8 minutes to obtain a light dough. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx.20 cupcakes with 500 g recipe mix), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, raising agent: E500, E450, E341, vegetable oil and fat (turnip seeds), skimmed cocoa powder, emulsifier: E472b (palm, turnip seeds), E477 (palm), glucose syrup (dehydrated), soy flour, coloring: E172, E129, salt, thickener: E466, E415, flavor.
