Preparation: Preheat the oven to 170°C (150°C rotating heat oven). All ingredients must be at room temperature. Mix 200 g of soft butter or ointment. Add 400 g of mix with 4 eggs (200 g) and mix at medium speed for 4 minutes to obtain a homogeneous paste. Grease a cake pan about 25 cm long. Pour the dough into the pan and place it in the middle of the oven for about 55 minutes until it is golden brown. Turn out immediately after baking and let cool on a pastry pan.
