Carpet lace garland of leaves
This leaf garland mat will allow you to make a beautiful lace frieze, very delicate, to put on your cakes, cookies or cake toppers.
Ideal for cakes on the theme of nature.

Description
Create magical cakes with edible lace, easily and quickly!
This Sugaria sugar lace leaf garland silicone mat will allow you to create a beautiful edible lace leaf pattern frieze . You can also cut out the lace and use the patterns separately: to stick on your weddings cakes, cupcakes or assorted cookies.
This lace mold is ideal for cakes with anature theme for example.
The lace will be attached to the cake covered with sugar paste with a little glue or food glue piping gel.
How to use the lace:
1. Prepare your lace according to the directions on the package or use ready-made lace. Preheat your oven to 70-80 ° C.
2. Spread your lace preparation on the silicone mat, using the special spatula Cake Lace . Work the mixture in all directions to make sure it covers the pattern well.
3. Remove excess with the knife.
4. Place the mat in your preheated oven for 8-10 minutes to dry your sugar lace.
5. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes to cool.
6. Check that the lace is ready by lifting the edge of the mat. It should release the lace easily. If not, the lace is not dry, place it back in the oven for two minutes, and test again.
7. Turn the mat over onto a clean surface and using the spatula, remove the lace.
8. To attach the lace to the cake, apply a small amount of edible glue to the back of the lace and press gently onto the cake.
We recommend storing the unmolded lace in parchment paper and in an airtight box, away from light.
You can also let your lace air dry overnight, instead of baking it.
