Make beautiful 3D flowers on your cupcakes, cakes and other pastries with this complete set that will allow you to create many different types of flowers.

Install your cartridge case in the decoration pocket by cutting out the tip of the pocket.

Your butter cream, also known as "butter cream", must be at room temperature. Too cold or too hot, you will not have the right texture to obtain beautiful tulips. You can also make these flowers in royal icing.

To obtain tulips with more open petals, apply light pressure and do not climb too high with your piping bag. On the other hand, to obtain tulips with well closed petals, raise the pouch by one or two centimetres.

For a realistic effect, tint your butter cream differently between the center part of the piping bag and the part on the contour as shown in the video below.

You can also choose one of our two leaf piping tips, which you will use with cream tinted green, for a "flowery" and coloured effect.
