Discover the exclusive SMARTLEX Velvet sugar paste, here in White with a hint of vanilla.

This high-quality sugar paste will enable you to cover your tallest cakes with ease, thanks to its ability to spread very thinly without cracking or tearing (see video).

It has a satiny texture, incomparable elasticity, heat and humidity resistance (it's 'tropical', so covered cakes can be stored in the fridge), no stickiness and a pleasant vanilla taste!

It's the only sugar paste on the market that doesn't contain titanium dioxide, so it can be colored very easily.

Ingredients sugar , glucose syrup , water , vegetable fats (coconut , hydrogenated palm kernel), modified starch : potato starch , thickener: xanthan gum, flavor, preservative: potassium sorbate, acidity regulator: citric acid. Suggested storage: 16-23°C, away from direct sunlight, keep in a dry place, and seal well in an airtight bag. After opening, unused product should be returned to its original packaging to prevent drying out.

Allergen information: gluten-free and lactose-free. Contains no allergenic substances.

NOTE/ASTUCE: Due to the weight and density of this product, and despite the special care we take to protect it, the packaging (plastic bucket) may be damaged during transport.
As a result, the bucket may occasionally arrive cracked, but this in no way alters the conservation of the sugar paste. This bucket is more for practical storage purposes, as the sugar paste is preserved in the blue plastic bag surrounding the sugar paste. Finally, should the plastic bag be damaged, any quality plastic bag can be used as a replacement. The most important thing is that the bag is sealed as tightly as possible.
