It has all the qualities of a very large couverture sugar paste: elasticity, suppleness, texture, texture, taste, bright colors, certified Hallal, Kosher, gluten-free and also suitable for Vegetarian and Vegetarian diets. Replacing the previous basic SUGARIA model, SUCCESS sugar paste is available in 250g packages in 9 colours: white, black, red, brown, turquoise, sky blue (baby blue), yellow (lemon), pink, fuchsia and green. It is also available in 9 colours of 250g here.
To obtain other colours, you can either mix the pasta together or tint it with gel edible colours. You can also transform this couverture sugar paste into modelling or flower paste, simply by adding CMC /tylose (1cc per 250g of paste).
