We are very proud to present to our customers the result of several years of work: the new top-of-the-range Sugaria sugar paste recipe. Hundreds of testers in France are unanimous and that is why we have named it "SUCCESS".

It has all the qualities of a very large couverture sugar paste: elasticity, suppleness, texture, texture, taste, bright colors, certified Hallal, Kosher, gluten-free and also suitable for Vegetarian and Vegetarian diets. In addition to all this, a prize that will please everyone. TEST IT, you won't use anything else.

Replacing the previous basic SUGARIA model, SUCCESS sugar paste is available in 250g packages in 9 colours: white, black, red, brown, turquoise, sky blue (baby blue), yellow (lemon), pink, fuchsia and green. It is also available in 9 colours of 250g here.

To obtain other colours, you can either mix the pasta together or tint it with gel food colours. You can also transform this couverture sugar paste into modelling or flower paste, simply by adding CMC /tylose (1cc per 250g of paste).

Tips :

  • If your dough sticks, sprinkle a little cornstarch or icing sugar on your work surface.
  • If your dough is too dry or friable, take a knob of Crisco and knead until your dough is soft again.
