These rules give the best result if the marzipan or fondant (mixed with a little tylo powder) has been well kneaded and then spread in a thin layer.
Simply press the desired letter into the dough and remove it from the mould by tapping on the ruler
Tip for use : Always use a modelling paste that you will let dry for a few minutes to obtain an optimal result. And if you want to use normal sugar dough, add a little Tylo or CMC to strengthen the dough and speed up its drying
