Instructions before use:

Knead the sugar dough well and spread it over a little icing sugar or cornstarch until it is evenly thick.
• Choose the side of the Mat you want to use for this design.
• Press the Mat firmly with a straightener to pass the pattern over the sugar paste. Make sure that all parts of the Mat are well pressed into the sugar dough...
• Remove the Mat.
