This printing mat can be used perfectly with different types of edible materials such as sugar paste, gum paste or marzipan. This beautiful pavé pattern can be used for different cake decoration concepts. Both sides of the mat can be used to create patterns. On one side you get a raised pattern on the sugar paste, if you use the other side of the Mat you get a deep pattern.

Tips for use:

    Knead the sugar dough well and spread it on a surface sprinkled with icing sugar until it is of equal thickness.
  • Choose the side of the mat you want to use.
  • Press firmly on the mat with a straightener to properly print the patterns in the sugar dough. Make sure that the Mat has been well supported as a whole in the sugar dough.
  • Remove the Mat.
  • apply a Edible Shine spray to magnify the pattern.
