Description
This 18 cm long Sugaria acrylic (plexiglass) ganache smoothing spatula is the ideal tool to smooth your ganache and obtain perfectly straight angles. As a result, your sugar dough will be 100% clean on your cake after the blanket.
You can use it with chocolate ganache as well as with butter cream, mascarpone cream, royal icing...
This spatula has been specially designed for Sugaria acrylic ganache trays: it does not scratch unlike stainless steel smoothers.
WASHING: We strongly advise you to wash the straightener by hand, in hot soapy water, not in the dishwasher: indeed, cleaning with boiling water for a long time would risk deforming them and making them dull.
