Set of 2 Hexagonal acrylic tray

These hexagonal acrylic (plexiglass) trays, in 2 sizes of 21 and 26 cm, sold by 2 will quickly become your indispensable tools for smoothing your cakes and obtaining perfect angles!

To use with your ganache, butter cream... They can be used over and over again and are therefore very economical.

You will also find on our website the same acrylic trays but for round and square cakes !

Here is a tutorial for these round discs... The technique to use is almost the same .

We recommend using the sugaria acrylic ganache smoother specially designed for these ganache trays (it does not scratch, unlike stainless steel smoothers and spatulas).

WASHING: We strongly advise you to wash the trays by hand, with hot water and soap, and not in the dishwasher: indeed, cleaning them in boiling water for a long time could deform them and make them dull.
