Please note that these beverage discs are intended for decoration and, although they are edible, they will not add taste value.
They can be used in a variety of cold drinks such as: water syrups, sodas, fruit juices, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, wines and champagnes.
They are not suitable for use in strong, pure spirits (whisky, pure vodka, etc.) or in warm or hot drinks.
In soft drinks, the mini-discs react to the gas by lifting in places, but this reaction ceases after a few minutes.
We recommend that you serve these discs no more than 20 minutes before serving your guests, bearing in mind that they will only start to dissolve 45 minutes after the discs have been placed in the drink.
