You can also dip fresh strawberries into this melted chocolate for a heavenly experience. These chocolate pistoles can be easily melted in a bain-marie or in the microwave, offering great flexibility of use. They are made from real Belgian chocolate.

When you want to use this product to flavour a mousse or a bavarois, simply melt it in the microwave without following the usual steps (stir to avoid burning).

Instructions for use: Pour the pistoles into a microwave-safe bowl and heat at maximum power (±800W). Every 15/20 seconds, remove the bowl from the microwave and stir well to distribute the temperature evenly. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small pieces of chocolate may still be visible). Continue stirring until the chocolate has completely dissolved. Be careful not to add any water!

Ingredients Cocoa mass (43%), sugar, cocoa butter (13%), emulsifier: E322 (soya), flavor (vanilla).

May contain traces of milk.
