This mould comes with a lid to make bread with a perfect rectangular shape.

This metal mould can withstand temperatures of up to 190°C in the long term and up to 215°C in the short term.

Its non-stick coating will have the advantage of allowing you to clean it easily and to remove it from the mould.

Be careful, this mould is not dishwasher safe.
