Silikomart 3D Snowflakes Yule Log Mould

The log is the traditional form of Christmas celebrations and its realization here has never been so simple. Thanks to this Silikomart FROZEN BUTTON snowflakes relief mould, you can obtain a perfect result in a few simple steps.

This kit also includes a plastic log gutter to mould your dessert, two silicone tips to obtain a log with perfect edges and two silicone mats: a smooth mat and a mat with a splendid snowflake texture. A real artistic creation on your table.

Once you have taken the ice log out of the mold, all you have to do is gently peel off the silicone mat to see the pattern appear. This mold is flexible enough to remove the dessert and rigid enough to be handled easily

Once unmoulded, for the glazed logs, you can colour it with our pearly edible spray, velvet spray, or finally, for the sponge buckets, cover it with our mirror glazes!

The kit contains a recipe. For iced logs, do not put in the oven.
