Sugar sheet IRIS des EYES - 4 sizes Men and Animals
A sheet of edible sugar, A4 format, comprising of the pairs of irises differently colouredt: human eyes but also animals (crocodiles, reptiles, cats, and even dragons!) to make your sugar paste characters even more realistic.
2 models are available to choose from:
- 23 Pairs of irises 3cm in diameter
- Dozens of pairs of 3 different diameters: 8, 12 and 18mm
A4 edible size sugar sheet with 23 different pairs of irises for the eyes of your characters and carved cakes. There are human eyes, but also animal eyes to make your sugar paste characters and cakes even more realistic! Your faces of characters and animal heads (cats, felines, reptiles, lions, crocodiles, dragons...) will undoubtedly be furious with their piercing and irresistible eyes!
Supplied in pairs, each eye iris is 8mm to 3cm in diameter. There are for all colours: blue, green, brown and even yellow, red and purple eyes. You will find the eye you need;) !
2 models are available to choose from (please select it from the drop-down menu:
- 23 Pairs of different irises 3cm in diameter (suitable for isomalt eyes cast in the cake-pop mold).
- 20 Pairs of 18mm, 48 pairs of 12mm, and 51 pairs of 8mm - for isomalt eyes of smaller diameter and to stick on your characters.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
- The ink used (all colours are involved) and the sugar leaves are approved by the FDA (USA Edible and Drug Administration) and certified kosher (so hallal too). See attached downloadable document
- Frosting Sheets can be stored without any problem at room temperature for up to 6 months

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND INSTALLATION:
To separate the sugar sheet from its plastic support, let it dry for 5 to 15 minutes depending on the ambient humidity level. For more speed, you can use a hair dryer.
By pinching one of the corners, the sugar leaf must come off the plastic support, so you can remove it and stick it on your cake.
If you wish to cut out your printed sugar sheets, we strongly recommend that you first remove them from their support and then cut them according to your wishes.
Avoid placing the sugar leaves on creams containing water or on toppings as this may cause humidity to rise
To stick your print on your sugar paste cake, you can use edible glue or CRISCO which will allow you to easily reorient the sheet on your cake without taking the risk of tearing the print
Sugar leaf ingredients: Corn starch, glucose syrup, cellulose, canola oil, potassium sorbate, sodium bicarbonate, sugar, water, polyglicerol, alginate glucose powder, fructose, sugar, gum arabic, invert sugar, citric acid. Guaranteed GMO-free. Certified Kosher.
