Thanks to this special tool for designing sugar flowers (gumpaste or flower paste), the iron flower wires can also be used to hang small sugar paste elements (stars, balloons...) and pricked into your design cake. Gather the threads together with colour-coordinated floral ribbon and insert them into a flower cone (or possibly a straw) stuck into the cake. The threads should never be inserted directly into the cake. They will also be perfect for the internal structure of your clay figures.

Container : Bag of 50 white florist's wires.

Several gauges available : 20 , 22 , 24 , 26 and 28 .

Dimensions: 36 cm length and thickness according to the gauge. Attention: the higher the gauge number (= thickness) is, the thinner the florist's thread is :)! :

• 20 : 0,81 mm
• 22 : 0.71 mm
• 24: 0.56 mm
• 26 : 0,46 mm
• 28: 0.35 mm

Tip: To hang heavy sugar dough elements (stars, hearts... which will then be pricked into the cake), we advise you to choose the flower stems of gauges 18, 20 and 22. Prepare these decorations in advance so that the sugar dough dries and does not slip on the stem! For the flower petals and leaves in gumpaste, choose the thinner wires: gauge 24, 26 and 28;) !
