Crystal Candy's edible sugar diamonds are ready to use and will instantly make your cakes dazzling and precious.
They are available in several colours and two sizes (6 and 13mm)

Directions for use: Sugar diamonds are sensitive to moisture in the air and moisture in the hands. Thus, once out of the packaging and to prolong their shine and durability, we recommend that you apply a edible grade Glaze varnish spray to their surface. Avoid touching them with your hands as much as possible, we recommend using a small pair of pliers to place them on your cakes and pastries.
To stick your edible diamonds on a cake covered with sugar paste, use royal icing tinted to the same colour as your cake.
Tip: stick your sugar diamonds on a gumpaste crown or on your edible lace to sublimate them;)!
