400g of Large transparent and colourless sugar crystals'ROCK CANDY' (Rock Sugar)
Perfect for your geode cake - cakes that reveal a precious stone and rock interior
Tip: Use them to imitate ice cream on your designer cake cakes with bottles (beer, champagne- see photo) or winter cakes (Reine de Neiges);)
For best results, break the crystals to make them less regular and obtain the size of your choice.
You can colour your crystals as you wish with gel dyestuffs
Glue the crystals on the sugar paste using the piping gel
Ingredients: 98% cane sugar crystals, water, preservative E220
