To completely coat a round cake 24 to 26 cm in diameter, you need about 500 g of sugar dough. If you want to make a decorative knot, you can add 1 teaspoon of powdered tylose.
The sugar dough must be kneaded correctly before spreading it on a thin layer of icing sugar or cornstarch.
Ingredients: sugar (80%), glucose syrup, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), water, humectant: E422, thickener: E415, E466, preservative: E200, acidifier: E330, natural flavour, colour: E153. May contain traces of: almonds. This product is Halal, Kosher D and gluten-free (NL-090-019) certified. FunCakes sugar dough is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
