Natural almond paste ready 250g ratio 1:4

The delicious 1:4 spreadable marzipan from FunCakes is very soft and flexible! This makes the marzipan easy to handle and perfect for flattening with a rolling pin. This marzipan has a fine texture and remains firm once spread. Of an unbleached white colour, marzipan is the ideal material to colour at home with food colouring.

• To completely coat a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need about 500 g of marzipan. The almond dough must be kneaded well before spreading it on a thin layer of powdered sugar.

• Halal, Kosher D, gluten free and azo free.
• Content: 250 grams.

50% sugar - 50% almonds = 1:1 ratio
67% sugar - 33% almonds = 1:2 ratio
