Expandable cake mould from 20 to 35 cm

Use this steel mould from Patisse to make delicious sweet or savoury cakes. Whether you are 4, 6 or 8, this extendable mould will adapt to each of your recipes. Its sliding walls will allow you to go from 20 to 35 cm for a successful cake.

Ideal for making sweet cakes, pâté en croute, salmon cake for example, from 15 to 25 parts.

Its high quality non-stick coating will ensure easy maintenance and removal from the pan, as well as better heat circulation for even cooking. It is also resistant to stains, scratches and high heat of 230°C.
