This frosting from FunCakes is a white colored gel and also known as cold gel that will allow you to cover your cakes and pastries with a mirror effect layer.

Instructions: for cold use, spread with a spatula on your bavarois and desserts for example. Stir well before use.

It is also possible to color this icing with food coloring.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, acidity regulator: E333, flavour, concentrate (lime), sugar, gelling agent: E406, E415, preservative: E202.

May contain traces of : soya, sulfur dioxide and sulfites (E220-E228) in concentrations of more than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/l expressed as SO2.
