Strawberry Bavarian Express - 200 g

This Alaska-Express Strawberry Bavarois Mix from Ancel is the ideal base for your strawberry flavoured bavarois, charlottes or logs

100 g of preparation for Bavarian Alaska-Express Strawberry contains the equivalent of 73.1 g of fresh strawberries.

Easy to use, simply add water and whipped cream. You will then obtain a smooth texture and an excellent slicability.

Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.

Standard dosage: 200 g of Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g of water at 25-30°C + 1000 g of sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.

200 g of preparation allows you to make either: about 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.

Ingredients: sugar, strawberry powder with pieces (5,5% freeze-dried strawberries, glucose syrup, colouring ingredient (beetroot red)), bovine gelatine, lactose, thickener (modified starch), acidifier (E 330), flavouring, colouring ingredient (beetroot red).
