Quick and efficient, you will obtain a light and smooth cream that will be perfect for topping your pies, cakes, cream puffs and many other pastries.
Also suitable for decorating cupcakes or cake fillings but not suitable for cake topping.
Easy to use, just blend 250g of mixture with 550ml of water for 5 minutes on high speed. Let it thicken before working with it.
