Use this preparation from Funcakes to realize in a turn of hand a perfect cake tender and crunchy.
You can also use this preparation to make pie shells or cookies.
Easy to use, simply add butter, eggs and you're done. Your dough is ready to be baked.
Directions: Start by mixing 155g of soft butter with 500g of the preparation and 1 egg (about 50g). Knead to obtain a firm dough and let rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
For the cookies: roll out the dough to approx. 3 mm thickness and cut out shapes. Then bake in the oven for 12 min at 180°C (fan oven 160°C).
For the pies: roll out the dough to approx. 5 mm thickness, cover a springform pan (22-24 cm) with the dough and garnish as desired. Then bake in the oven for about 50 minutes at 170°C (fan oven 150°C).
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, lupin flour, raising agents: E450, E500, corn starch, natural flavouring (citrus).
