Azucren 's fat-soluble colorants in gel form are formulated for uniform dispersion in fats, guaranteeing precise, brilliant coloring. They enable you to create customized shades, perfectly adapted to your needs and imagination.

They are suitable for a multitude of pastry applications. They are ideal for tinting chocolate, cocoa butter,buttercream and all fat-rich preparations, without altering their texture or flavor.
