Directions for use :

The recommended dosage is 30g for 500g of preparation. Add an additional quantity of food flavouring if the cooking temperature is high (above 200°C) as this may indeed reduce the strength of the flavouring's taste

Ingredients: glucose syrup, sugar, coffee (15%) (water 13.5%, coffee powder 1.5%), caramelized sugar, flavouring, thickener: E440, acidity regulator: E330. May contain traces of egg, milk and nuts .
