Ancel Premium Cold Custard - 1 kg

Use this premium cold mix powder from Ancel to quickly obtain a smooth and creamy pastry cream on a 100% dairy base, without cooking, with a good vanilla-caramel taste. Perfect for easily filling your pastries such as nuns, millefeuilles and choux.

Easy to use, just add cold water

Standard dosage: 400 g of preparation for 1L of cold water.

Pour the preparation and add the cold water. Mix gently for 1 minute then continue to beat faster until you obtain a smooth, light and shiny cream.

You can also flavour your custard with colouring, alcohol or flavourings according to your taste.

Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.
