Ideal for making a delicious, light and creamy buttercream in no time at all, which is perfect for topping a cake or decorating your cupcakes. This buttercream is also perfect for adhering sugar paste to your cakes or cupcakes.

This buttercream preparation from the brand Funcakes brand buttercream mix is a must for making tasty cupcake toppings, but also for topping and decorating all your creative cakes.

Preparation: Ingredients should be at room temperature. For one portion: add 125 ml of water to 125 g of the mixture and beat with a whisk. Then let the mixture stand at room temperature for at least an hour. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (cream) for approx. 5 minutes until creamy. Add some of the butter mixture and beat until the mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next part. Once all the mixture has been added, beat until smooth (about 10 minutes). One portion of buttercream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm cake, or to decorate approx. 12 cupcakes.

Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, whey powder(milk), dextrose(wheat), glucose syrup (dehydrated), gelling agent: E339, E450, E516, E401, emulsifier: E435, salt, thickener: E415, flavouring (milk).
