First of all, make sure that all ingredients are at room temperature. For a portion of butter cream, mix 125 g of preparation with 125 ml of water with a whisk and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
Mix 150 g of unsalted butter for about 5 minutes. Add the mixture four times to the butter, making sure that the mixture is completely incorporated into the butter before adding the next part of the mixture.
Then mix the mixture for about 10 minutes until you obtain a smooth cream. One serving of butter cream is enough to garnish and coat a 20 cm cake or to decorate about 12 cupcakes.
