To coat a 24/26 cm round cake completely, you need about 500 g of fondant. If you want to make decorations, you can add 1 heaped teaspoon of tylo powder and possibly a little liquid per 250 g of fondant. The fondant should be kneaded well before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
