Butter cream mix Funcakes 4 KG

This mix for butter cream of the brand Funcakes will be perfect for making a delicious buttercream with a nice vanilla taste in no time at all. Just add water and butter and you will have the best cream to fill all your cakes and cupcakes. Professional size of 4 kg.

Preparation: All ingredients must be at room temperature. For one serving: Mix 125 g of mix and 125 ml of water with a whisk and leave the mixture for at least one hour at room temperature. Beat 150 g unsalted butter (cream) for approx. 5 minutes . Add the mixture to the butter several times, always mix until the mixture is completely incorporated before adding the next portion. Mix until you obtain a smooth cream (approx. 10 minutes). One portion of butter cream is enough to fill and cover a 20 cm pie or to garnish about 12 cupcakes.
