Preparation for Alaska Express Chocolate Bavarian Cake - 200 g

This Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix from Ancel is the ideal base for your chocolate flavoured bavarois, charlottes or logs

Easy to use, you just need to add water and whipped cream. You will then obtain a creamy texture and an excellent slicability.

Its resealable case will guarantee a better protection and conservation of the product.

Standard dosage: 200 g of Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g of water at 25-30°C + 1000 g of sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.

With 200 g of preparation you can make either: approx. 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.
