Standard dosage: 200 g of Alaska-express Bavarian cream mix + 300 g of water at 25-30°C + 1000 g of sweetened whipped cream of 50 to 100 g per litre of whipped cream.
With 200 g of preparation you can make either: approx. 3 L of Bavarian mousse or 24 portions of 60 g.
