Very easy to handle, the 1:4 ratio natural almond paste from FunCakes is perfect to be flattened with a roller and cover your cakes.
Soft and flexible, you can also use it for decorations with cookie cutters.
To completely cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need about 500 g of almond paste. The marzipan must be kneaded well before being spread on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
You can let your imagination run wild by colouring your natural dough with food colouring.
Ingredients: sugar, almonds (20%), invert sugar syrup, stabilizer : E420, thickener : E466, invertase, acidifier : E330, natural almond flavour. This product may contain traces of soy and egg.

50 % sugar - 50 % almonds = ratio 1:1
67 % sugar - 33 % almonds = ratio 1:2
75 % sugar - 25 % almonds = ratio 1:3
80 % sugar - 20 % almonds = ratio 1:4
