Description

If you have run out of fresh eggs, FunCakes ' egg white powder will be perfect for making your egg-based treats.

You just have to mix 10 g of egg white powder with 60 ml of water, 300 to 500 g of icing sugar and a touch of citric acid and it will be the ideal substitute for fresh eggs.

Ingredient: dehydrated chicken albumen (pasteurized).

This product is Halal certified.

Proportions: 10 grams of egg white powder + 60 ml of water = 2 egg whites. This mixture must be used within four hours.
