It closes with a protective cap to avoid waste and powdered sugar everywhere. Unscrew the sprinkler at the ring to remove the protective cap. Gently tap the bag over your work surface or utensils to cover them with a thin layer of powdered sugar. Then gently screw the bag back into the protective jar.
