Preparation for FunCakes Royal Ice Cream Powder (ROYAL ICING)
Ideal for decorating your cakes, shortbread, cupcakes and much more!
Preparation: Add 55 ml of water to 450 g of sifted Royal Icing Mix of firm consistency. Mix the icing for approx. 7-10 minutes on low speed to obtain a firm white icing. The icing is ready when it is bright white, has lost its shine and you can shoot peaks that do not fall off. If using a hand mixer, make sure it doesn't get stuck! Tip: add 1 teaspoon of water per 200g of icing for a medium consistency or 2 teaspoons of water for a thin consistency.
Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup (dehydrated), egg white (dehydrated), acidifier: E330.
