Kelmy powdered preparation for the realization of an icing or a neutral buttercream that you will be able to color and flavor according to your desires. It will be perfect to fill your cakes, cupcakes and desserts, but also to decorate them! Easy to use, you just have to add water or milk and butter for the butter cream version.

Description

Kelmy brand frosting powder mix to make a cream filling and cake icing

This preparation has the advantage of allowing you to make either a frosting or a buttercream depending on the ingredients you use for the mixture. Both recipes will allow you to obtain a smooth and creamy texture for the decoration of your cakes and desserts but also a filling that you can color and flavor according to your desires .

Ingredients : Sugar, glucose syrup, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil, modified starch, emulsifiers (Monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic esters of monoglycerides and diglycerides of fatty acids), milk proteins , stabilizers (potassium phosphates, xanthan gum), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Directions for use : For a glaze :

- Put 250 g of the powdered preparation with 250 g of water in a bowl.

- If you wish to add flavor and color, place 240 g of water, mix the color, flavor and then add the 250 g of the powdered preparation.

- Mix well and place the bowl in the blender.

- Beat for 10 minutes at medium speed (3-4).

- The frosting is now ready to be used in cupcake or cake decorations and toppings. It can be applied with the piping bag.

Once prepared, if not used immediately, it should be stored in the refrigerator. It holds perfectly for 2 to 3 days, mix it again before using it again.If you want to prevent the preparation from drying, you can cover it.

For the buttercream version:

- Put 150 g of the powdered preparation in a bowl with 150 grams of milk and 180 g of unsalted butter , previously tempered .

- Add the desired coloring and flavoring and mix for 1 minute at slow speed (2).

- Beat for 5 to 7 minutes at maximum speed.

- Now we will have a buttercream with a smooth and light consistency.

For a thicker buttercream consistency, the steps are as follows:

- Put 210 g of the powdered mixture in a bowl with 90 g of milk and 180 g of unsalted butter, previously tempered.

- Add the desired coloring and flavoring and mix for 1 minute at slow speed (2).

- Beat for 5 to 7 minutes at maximum speed.

- Now we will have a dense buttercream consistency.

You can also replace the milk with water if you want the buttercream to have less dairy flavor.
