Easy to use, simply add eggs, cottage cheese, fresh cream and water and you're done. Your dough is ready to be baked.
Directions: Ingredients should be at room temperature. Use 250 g of this preparation with 250 ml of water, 200 g of cottage cheese (for example Philadelphia), 3 eggs (150 g) and 250 ml of cream. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix everything on low speed for 3 minutes and then 1 minute on high speed until smooth. Butter your mould of 24 cm and pour your preparation. Bake for about 60 to 70 minutes.
Add a delicious topping: strawberry, raspberry ... according to your taste.
