Use this preparation from Funcakes to make in a flash a parfait cheesecake with a firm and creamy texture and a delicious sweet and fresh taste of light lemon.

Easy to use, simply add eggs, cottage cheese, fresh cream and water and you're done. Your dough is ready to be baked.

Directions: Ingredients should be at room temperature. Use 250 g of this preparation with 250 ml of water, 200 g of cottage cheese (for example Philadelphia), 3 eggs (150 g) and 250 ml of cream. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix everything on low speed for 3 minutes and then 1 minute on high speed until smooth. Butter your mould of 24 cm and pour your preparation. Bake for about 60 to 70 minutes.

Add a delicious topping: strawberry, raspberry ... according to your taste.

Ingredients: sugar, modified starch, vegetable oil and fat (palm, coconut, turnip), milk powder(whole), glucose syrup (dehydrated), E330, milk protein, flavouring.
