Create spectacular decorations with Sugarplusisomalt from Saracino which is a microbead isomalt. Once melted, it will become liquid and transparent and can be poured into molds to obtain magnificent decorations, be used in its mass or as a puffed sugar.

The Sugarplusisomalt from Saracino is a neutral isomalt in microballs, which will allow you to make incredible and trendy decorations for your cakes. Once melted, it will be translucent, but it can be colored with gel dyes to match all your creations.
Directions: Melt it in a saucepan or in the microwave, without stirring too much to avoid air bubbles.
Once melted, it will reach the consistency of a transparent syrup which, left to rest for a few minutes to cool, can be used to create various decorations with appropriate techniques:
